Carolyn P. Medina has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, from financing to permitting, to litigation. She has represented a range of clients from individual entrepreneurs and investors to nonprofit community development agencies, religious organizations, small businesses, large investors, developers and lenders.

Carolyn spent over a decade at one of Rhode Island's largest law firms, specializing in real estate and real estate-related litigation, handling some of the largest and most sensitive transactions in the state.
